Our standard cleaning package is a lighter clean relative to our other packages. It’s meant for homes that are going to be cleaned on a recurring basis. We also offer more thorough deep cleaning which is recommended if your home hasn’t been cleaned professionally in the last 60 days. We price based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, half bathrooms, and square footage of the home. Select the correct parameters on our booking page and the price is shown instantly. You can access out booking page here: Booking Page

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

Absolutely. We offer add-on services (e.g. inside of oven, interior window cleaning, inside of refrigerator, etc.) which you can select while you book.

Also, we include a “special instructions” section in our booking form where you are able to provide additional information.

Pricing & Policies

We only accept credit or debit cards for bookings. There will be a hold placed on your card 72 hours prior to your cleaning. Therefore, your account will reflect a pending transaction, but you will not be charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

If we arrive to your home and determine there is excessive dirt, dust, or organization required, we will add an additional $60 heavy duty fee to your booking. In cases like this, we contact you before starting the clean to confirm pricing and timing.

We charge a pet fee of $15. The pet fee covers cleaning of pet fur, food, and stains/spots created by your pet. It also covers changing our vacuum filters after your cleaning as to not affect other customers with allergies. We do not perform cleanings in homes with pet/animal waste, insects, biohazards, mold, etc.

Log into your account and you will be able to get your referral link. If a friend/family books through your referral link, they automatically gets a $25 discount and you earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to future service.

If we arrive to your home and determine you need additional services or a different type of service, we will notify you right away and discuss your options and pricing. We will update your booking accordingly.

When scheduling a cleaning with us, we give you an arrival window of two hours. Due to the attention to detail we give on each of our cleans, we do not provide an exact time of arrival, but we make sure our cleaning doesn’t interfere with your schedule. We provide an estimated time of arrival the day of your cleaning so that you can appropriately prepare.

All of the Blue Chip Clean Crew cleaning professionals are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. We take the fact that you are allowing our folks into your home very seriously!

We work hard to make sure that every cleaning appointment is top of the line. However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong. If you experience any issues during your clean, please contact us and we will be here to help.

We have three levels of security in place. First off, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, we take security very seriously.
Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

We strive to leave every one of our customers satisfied after every clean. In the rare instance you are not happy, feel free to let us know within 72 hours and we will improve upon our services by sending a cleaning team for free to finish the job.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 72 hours after your clean. We’ll then send a team out to make it right. If our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with the service, we will offer a full refund. Refunds are only given if you are still not satisfied after the second cleaning.
